Grown with intention

Cabernet Franc
Red

Cabernet Franc

An elegant, aromatic red variety with medium-bodied clusters, vibrant ruby color, and notes of red fruit, violet, and fresh herbs. Excellent on its own or as a blending component with Merlot.

Ripens earlier than most reds, allowing for careful harvest timing. Thrives in our well-drained soils and produces consistent, expressive clusters season after season.

Mid September – Early October
Available by the lug, half-ton, or ton
Chardonnay
White

Chardonnay

Bright, aromatic clusters with golden-green color and lively acidity. Stone fruit and citrus character with a clean, refreshing finish. Versatile for still, sparkling, and barrel-aged styles.

Carefully managed canopy for balanced sun exposure. Picked at precise brix levels to preserve natural acidity and aromatics.

Late August – September
Available by the lug, half-ton, or ton
